Sitram Limited Lifetime Guarantee Our promise to you: Sitram cookware is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal home use from the date of original purchase throughout the purchaser's lifetime. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. The warranty excludes damages to the product resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations to the product. Warranty does not cover discoloration or damage to the nonstick surface caused by misuse, overheating or external/internal scratches which do not impair the functional utility of the cookware. Sitram Warranty does not cover deterioration of product due to extended normal use. Due to the degenerative properties of Teflon, our nonstick lines are not guaranteed after the first year of purchase. To purchase new Sitram product, please refer to the contact information in our "Where To Buy" Section. If service becomes necessary, return the product and a copy of original receipt, postage paid with a description of the claimed defect to our U.S. Distributor: Frieling USA
